Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Wimpy's Diner. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, present bills to customers, and accept payment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Teamwork: Train staff and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
