About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Wimpy's Diner. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests.
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adaptability
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
