Job Title: Catering Lead

Aramark Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Lead to join our team at Dalhousie Food Services. As a Catering Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing catering orders, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and customers
  • Deliver catering supplies and orders to event spaces
  • Assist with event setup and take-down
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Manage invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to Aramark policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety and food safety
  • Perform general preventative maintenance on vehicles
  • Drive safely and maintain a professional appearance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service or catering
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 45 lbs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
