About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Catering Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Catering Operations: Deliver catering supplies, including tables, chairs, linens, and cutlery to event spaces, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of catering orders.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Assist in the set-up and take-down of events, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication: Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with preparing and managing invoices, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to all Aramark policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety and food safety.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in customer service or catering required.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Appearance: Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Vision and Physical Ability: Must be able to see without impairment for inspection purposes and ability to read small text such as product warning labels, and be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 45 lbs.
