Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Catering Operations: Deliver catering supplies, including tables, chairs, linens, and cutlery to event spaces, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of catering orders.
- Logistics and Coordination: Assist in the set-up and take-down of events, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Communication: Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: May assist with preparing and managing invoices, and adhere to all Aramark policies and procedures.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or catering required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 45 lbs.
- Must maintain neat and professional appearance at all times.
