Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled Catering Lead to join our team at Dalhousie Food Services. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing catering orders, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests
  • Deliver catering supplies and orders to event spaces in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with event setup and take-down, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution and high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to Aramark's policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety and food safety guidelines
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in customer service or catering required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
