About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Strategy Director to join our team at SRTX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic landscape of our online presence and operations to meet the evolving demands of the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategies: Design and implement innovative e-commerce strategies to drive measurable improvements across our key performance indicators and further our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead and eCommerce Specialist to implement cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns across major digital platforms.
  • Optimize E-commerce Operations: Utilize deep expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, VWO, Sanity.io, and Attentive to help optimize our e-commerce site and personalize customer interactions (CRO).
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our e-commerce strategy.
  • Financial Management: Help manage and allocate eight-figure digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide strategic insights and detailed performance analysis to senior management, including monthly reporting on key metrics, progress against goals, and strategic recommendations for future actions.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Alignment: Engage with senior executives, including the CEO and other VPs, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Sustainability and Social Responsibility: Support the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into strategic initiatives and daily operations, reflecting our dedication to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions and full Circularity within the set timeline.
  • Operational Efficiency and Scalability: Serve as a key strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and support the company's continued growth and scalability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 Years of E-commerce Experience: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, with a mastery of Shopify.
  • E-commerce Strategies and Funnel Optimization: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce strategies, including funnel optimization and direct marketing.
  • Advanced Tools and Data Analysis: Proficient in using advanced tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Looker Studio, VWO, Sanity.io, etc.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset and Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Financial Management and Budget Allocation: Comfortable deploying and managing 8-figure digital marketing budgets, demonstrating a capacity to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in a hyper-growth (startup) environment. Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented approach, with mentorship skills to junior team members.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with multiple departments and executives.
  • Continuous Improvement and Integrity: Continuous Improvement: challenge existing processes to leverage data and systems deliver better outcomes (i.e. faster, more accurate etc.). Integrity and Trust: stating it like it is and being humble enough to admit mistakes.
