About the Role
Dormez-vous is seeking a highly experienced and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams, as well as other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of omnichannel marketing campaigns to optimize revenue and profitability goals through campaign development, testing, learning, strategies, targeting, and measurement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media paid campaigns and targeted advertising campaigns against defined key performance indicators to continuously improve campaign performance against organizational objectives.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital media planning.
- Develop and present media plans based on product operational goals.
- Implement and manage daily operations of social media paid campaigns across multiple media buying platforms, including setup, daily monitoring, pacing, and optimization.
- Facilitate and maintain regular controls with internal and external partners to guide and supervise campaign performance, pacing, and overall management.
- Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements, and campaign pacing.
- Ensure optimal creative asset data to ensure adequate optimization against performance objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute integrated marketing programs across multiple media channels and touchpoints.
- Evaluate the success of social media advertising campaigns to inform investment decisions.
- Accountability for establishing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and analyses, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Commerce, E-commerce, or related field, preferably.
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing advertising, social media, and paid search campaigns.
- Experience within an agency, e-commerce platform, technology platform, or DTC brand.
- Experience collaborating with external partners, including creative agencies and media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project management, negotiation, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Pertinent certifications in advertising platforms, including Blueprint certification.
- Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
