About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts in collaboration with our marketing and sales teams, as well as other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media and social media platforms, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- Manage and optimize our social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and content creators to promote our brand and products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains effective and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
- Experience working in an agency, e-commerce platform, technology company, or DTC brand.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
