We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BOXX Modular, a leading provider of modular structures. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including regular site visits and communication
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calls
- Prepare and present quotes and contracts to customers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company policies
- Track and communicate sales and rental activity, maintaining accurate profiles of key customers and managing the sales process
- Assist the Branch Manager with fleet maintenance, ordering materials, and coordinating building deliveries and returns
- Conduct site visits with customers and vendors to provide sales support and address any issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Collect payment from customers as required
- Minimum 3-5 years of selling experience with strong full-cycle sales development skills
- Experience in the modular structures industry is an asset, but not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate proactivity, flexibility, and self-direction
- Technical competency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites as required
