Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collision repair technicians and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of collision repair technicians to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standard
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customers receive a seamless experience
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our technicians have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role in the collision repair industry
- Proven track record of success in managing a team and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
