Automotive Collision Field Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of field operations staff and providing support to our licensees in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of field operations staff to ensure effective delivery of services to our licensees
- Provide support and guidance to licensees in the region, including training and coaching
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and performance
- Collaborate with other departments within CSN to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Identify and resolve issues and concerns raised by licensees
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers and vendors
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Must be bilingual (French/English)
- Post-secondary or trade school education with a focus in business or a field related to collision repair
- Minimum 3 years' experience with OEM procedural lookup as it applies to estimating
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Canadian industry estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license
The Field Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with multiple competing priorities and urgent timelines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
