URD Project Manager

Job Overview:
The URD Foreman will oversee a team of crew members and equipment at a designated jobsite, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively supervise, coordinate, and optimize daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise work at the assigned jobsite, including conducting daily field safety and environmental inspections.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure accurate bills of lading.
- Maintain good employee relations and ensure all training requirements are met.
- Optimize resources through proper planning and coordination of work.
- Ensure uniformity and compliance with contract specifications.
- Review and complete required documentation, including daily timesheets and incident reporting.
- Ensure operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience in shallow utility construction industry.
- URD experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Valid Standard First Aid Certificate.
- Valid Ground Disturbance Certificate.
Leadership and Team Engagement:
