Executive Sales Director for ASIC and IP Services

As an Executive Sales Director for ASIC and IP Services, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling engineering services to clients headquartered in North America. You will be responsible for building relationships with senior executives, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Sell ASIC / Silicon / Semi Engineering Services to clients in the West region of North America
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- BUILD executive relationships with SVP / VPs to drive business growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prospect and manage sales pipeline to ensure optimal results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in ASIC / IP / Silicon Engineering Service Sales and Business Development
- Experience working with design service companies and a successful track record selling ODC/offshore/CoE
- Demonstrable experience selling ASIC | SOC | Silicon | FPGA design engineering services to Hi-tech clients
- Hunting (new accounts) and scaling (existing accounts)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to client design centers/HQ locations in the US
You must have a B.E./B.Tech. in EE/Electronics/Similar or an MBA.
