Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our ASIC and IP sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling engineering services to top-tier clients in the West region of North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell ASIC, Silicon, and IP engineering services to clients with headquarters in the West region of North America
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at key accounts
  • Structure large-value, multi-year engagements to address customer pain points
  • Prospect and hunt for new business opportunities to build an optimal sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in ASIC, IP, and Silicon engineering service sales and business development
  • Proven track record of success in selling ODC, offshore, and CoE services
  • Demonstrable experience selling ASIC, SOC, and FPGA design engineering services to hi-tech clients
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to client design centers and headquarters locations in the US
  • B.E./B.Tech. in EE or similar, with an MBA preferred
