Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Exporttek Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating performance.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
