Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of product presentation
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
