Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at NRIT Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a spokesperson for the organization, advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, and assisting in the preparation of various communications materials.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to work effectively with clients to develop tailored communication plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing its interests in public forums and media outlets.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, providing expert guidance on how to effectively reach their target audiences.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media, building relationships with key journalists and influencers to secure coverage for clients.
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions, leveraging your expertise to educate stakeholders on key topics.
  • Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts, ensuring that all agreements meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital communication channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
