The Institute for Performance and Learning seeks a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill the role of Strategic HR Partner - Performance Enhancement Specialist. This key position will collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives through effective human capital strategies.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Partner with line managers to design and implement tailored HR solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, driving recommendations for improved employee retention and satisfaction.
- Cultivate performance management and employee development skills among managers, promoting a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Serve as a change agent, driving organizational transformation and effectively managing change initiatives to optimize employee engagement and productivity.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through active participation in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration, with CHRP designation/CPRH completed or in progress.
- Over 5 years' experience in a Human Resource environment, with proven expertise in training and development, HRIS, compensation, pension, and benefits, occupational health and safety, and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, leadership development, and talent management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex information, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
