Our client, a valued public sector organization, is seeking a Senior Reliability Cleared Business Process Consultant to drive health and safety culture transformation within their department.

About the Role:

The Health, Safety and Environment Branch is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and managing various health, safety, and environment initiatives, including the Make it Safe Campaign. This campaign aims to transition the organization from a reactive state to a more proactive state, where they can effectively manage and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze business functional requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HSE Branch initiative plans and strategies to enhance overall health and safety culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement tracking and reporting tools for health, safety, and environment performance.
  • Assist in the development of programs and implementation plans, including data management and reporting.
Requirements:
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of the Privacy Act, Canada Labour Code Part II, Part 15, Hazardous Occurrence Investigation, Recording and Reporting (HOIR), and data management.
  • University Degree
  • Reliability Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of occupational injuries in the federal government, particularly incident and injury reporting.
