Job Description:

The Senior Business Consultant will play a key role in providing strategic advice to clients, building relationships directly with entrepreneurs and businesses, and delivering meaningful advisory services. This includes investment accounting, tax preparation, and liaison work between internal and external clients.

  • Investment accounting and financial statement preparation
  • Preparation of tax returns (corporate, personal, trusts, and partnerships)
  • Liaison work between various internal and external clients
  • Assistance in preparing and updating accounting records to record complex business and tax transactions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax
  • Professional CPA designation or in the process of obtaining
  • Experience in an accounting firm or family office, an asset
  • Good knowledge of taxation
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented
