Salary
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our Total Rewards package includes group benefits, RRSP pension, and exclusive perks/discounts available only to SE Health staff.

Job Description
We are currently hiring Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). As a compassionate care professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, enjoy flexible schedules, paid training, and competitive pay. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, implementing and evaluating care based on best evidence/practices and on client's unique needs. When designated as a primary provider for a client caseload, you will be the point of care lead accountable for their care while working in collaboration with other care team members and the support functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need enthusiasm and love of community care, passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care. A valid driver's license and vehicle (travel required) is also necessary. Availability to work overnight 11:00 pm-7:00 am and every other weekend is preferred. Commitment to 24-months of employment at a full-time work schedule offered by the employer is also expected.
