Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized nursing care to our clients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching for chronic disease prevention.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Teach and delegate tasks to different levels of workers and client family members, maintaining the highest level of practice.
Requirements
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector check upon hire.
  • Current CPR certification required.
