We're seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates in healthcare and professional services industries
- Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the company's database
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide account management with informed insights and recommendations

Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or professional services (i.e., IT, office, and/or finance)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Ability to service a diverse portfolio with multiple priorities
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Personable with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (i.e., LinkedIn and Indeed) and systems
- Advanced MS Office and willingness to learn new programs
- Experience with Zoho is a considerable asset
