Job Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or professional services sectors. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates in healthcare and professional services industries
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the company's database
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide account management with informed insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or professional services (i.e., IT, office, and/or finance)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Ability to service a diverse portfolio with multiple priorities
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Personable with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (i.e., LinkedIn and Indeed) and systems
  • Advanced MS Office and willingness to learn new programs
  • Experience with Zoho is a considerable asset
