About the Role

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Change Manager to join our team on a 10-month contract. As a Change Manager, you will work with Business AML offices to implement changes to procedures and processes, driven by technical and development changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of specific workstreams and end-products within the overall transformation program
  • Be responsible for delivering transformation objectives, coaching members to develop and execute effective improvement plans and role-modeling WC mindsets
  • Mobilize and help AML teams to achieve change that exceeds their expectations
  • Inspire others, build strong relationships and display high energy and resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced contexts
  • Work closely with others in a collaborative team setting, but also operate autonomously with limited direction to drive progress in your areas of accountability

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Change Management
  • 5 years of technical knowledge
  • 5 years of process improvement experience
  • 4 years of experience in AML and/or banking (desired)

Education/Certifications:

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required
