At JAGARE RIDGE PHYSICAL THERAPY AND SPORTS INJURY CLINIC INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Rehabilitation Assistant, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of patients with various injuries or disabilities.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and be required to provide efficient interpersonal skills, client focus, and organized approach to their work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, specifically college education in a related field, and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and positioning patients for treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities;
  • Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine;
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments;

The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a diverse group of patients. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
