">Job Description
">As a Medical Specialist at Sunup Medical Center, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care services, including examining patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between different levels of care.
">You will also be responsible for ordering laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures as needed, and consulting with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health. Additionally, you may prescribe and administer medications and treatments, advise patients on healthcare options, and coordinate or manage primary patient care.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) certification and a specialization in family practice. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
">In addition, you will need to possess attention to detail, client focus, and organized skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
