Job Overview

Paladin Security is committed to providing exceptional security services to healthcare facilities. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a professional and visible security presence
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring their safety and security
  • Ensure the security and safety of clients, buildings, and assets
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Carry out all security duties as specified, including response and assistance in emergency situations, documenting and reporting security events, and investigating routine incidents
Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C Certificate
  • Ability to be clean-shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Minimum 6 months of healthcare security experience preferred
  • English proficiency (oral and written) is required
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
