Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and regional factors in Ontario, Canada.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist - Application Services to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues with computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve complex technical issues through research, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our company's products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our products and services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a consulting firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other common software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
