Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mr. India Meats & Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain open communication with the culinary team.
Work Environment:
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods and physical demands.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • Language: English.
