Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H&P Ventures Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our food service establishment is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting any areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This position is located in a fast-paced food service establishment, and the successful candidate must be able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk, and the successful candidate must be physically able to perform the duties of the job.
