Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Donair Affair, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • 5-10 people supervised
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
