Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at I&G Bismarketing Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Estimate and Order Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and place orders accordingly.
  • Manage Budget and Reports: Prepare and manage the budget for food and supplies, and prepare reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop, fast food outlet or concession, or restaurant.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work.
