Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Terminal Coordinator to join our team at LTM COURRIER INC. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Supervision: Train or arrange for training for workers and supervise projects to ensure they are completed efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare production and other reports, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch bus drivers, monitor routes, and coordinate and schedule activities to meet operational needs.
  • Workplace Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work methods and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel: Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, 40 hours per week, and in a fast-paced environment.
Language and Work Environment

French language required. Work environment is a transportation terminal.
