Job Summary

LTM COURRIER INC is seeking a skilled Transportation Terminal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services at our transportation terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide training and arrange for training programs to enhance the skills of our team members.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient transportation of goods and services.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work methods and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
