Position Overview

As a key member of our team at LTM COURRIER INC, the Road Transport Terminal Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within our transport terminal.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training or coordinate training sessions for staff.
  • Oversee and manage team members and project tasks.
  • Address work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Compile and maintain production and other operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage dispatching of drivers and oversee route monitoring.
  • Organize and schedule various activities effectively.
  • Propose enhancements to operational methods.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of approximately 5 to 10 individuals.

Security and Safety Requirements

Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.

Transportation and Travel Requirements
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
