Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and point of sale systems.
