Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Menu Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and point of sale systems.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
