Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at HK Travel Centres L.P. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
