Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end paid media for high-profile clients. This includes planning, implementing, and reporting on campaigns, as well as acting as the go-to escalation point for client questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Analytics and Insights: Work directly with our Analytics team to report on insights and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Channel and Tactical Strategies: Establish channel and tactical strategies along the path-to-purchase.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and results, making budget and channel allocation recommendations as necessary.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with our creative teams to develop fresh concepts and ideas that drive results.
- Client Communication: Work directly with clients to present findings and strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work with our development teams on tracking plans, best practices, and issue resolution.
- Account Setup and Management: Set up and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, as well as set up new accounts and implement account strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience managing paid media.
- Education: Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience.
- Skills: Highly knowledgeable and proficient with paid social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, and up-to-date on the latest digital trends.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment.
