Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects and supervising teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production reports to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards;
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity;
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance staff skills and knowledge;
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure projects are completed within budget;
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries;
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications;

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders;
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and to estimate costs and materials accurately.
