We're seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Developer Team Lead to spearhead our development team's growth and innovation.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a cross-functional team of talented developers, quality assurance analysts, and test automation specialists.

Our team pushes the boundaries of the Salesforce platform, working tirelessly to multiply the positive impact of non-profit community centers.

Traction Rec empowers customers with cutting-edge technology, built on the Salesforce platform. We enable organizations like YMCA's, Jewish Community Centers (JCC's), and Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) to deliver their services and achieve their missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing cross-functional development team, providing regular feedback and nurturing their technical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Work closely with our Product team to prioritize, assign, and deliver upcoming work to your team, ensuring that implemented software meets long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee proposed solutions to problems, ensuring the implemented software aligns with business goals and follows coding standards.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation, troubleshooting and resolving production issues as part of tier 3 support during office hours.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous leadership experience on a cross-functional development team or project, ideally in a similar industry.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in object-oriented programming as a software developer or 3+ years as a QA analyst on a SaaS product.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional development teams.
  • A Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record of working in nonprofit or community centers, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
