Salesforce Development Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Development Team Lead to join our team and drive the growth of our cross-functional development team.
About Us: Traction Rec empowers customers with great technology, built on the Salesforce platform. We enable non-profit community centers to deliver their services and achieve their missions.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers, quality assurance analysts, and test automation specialists.
- Mentor and grow team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Work with the Product team to manage, assign, and deliver upcoming work to your team.
- Oversee proposed solutions to problems and ensure implemented software meets long-term business objectives.
- Ensure team follows coding standards and contributes to developing best practices across the team.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve processes within your team.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of tier 3 support during office hours.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a cross-functional development team or project.
- 3+ years professional experience in object-oriented programming as a software developer or 3+ years experience as a QA analyst on a SaaS product.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a highly collaborative development team.
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in nonprofit, community centers.
