About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and supports company success.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and profiles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain system stability.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support to users, promoting best practices and adoption.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend system enhancements.
  • Lead and support Salesforce-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and process automation).
  • Proficiency in data management tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
