Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
