Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Faubourg Bistro and Patisserie. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and service meet our high standards.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
ReportingPrepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
SchedulingDevelop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure that all staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our kitchen and dining areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management
