Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to our guests' tastes.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
