Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at O/A Primo Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards on all construction projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
