We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at MASTER CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Develop and implement cost estimates and material requirements for construction projects.
  • Supervision and Training: Oversee the training and development of apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit production and other reports to stakeholders.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of workers, including coordinating staffing actions.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work Scheduling and Methods: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Blueprint Reading and Recommendations: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, making recommendations as necessary.

Requirements
