Shree Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Painters Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Painters Supervisor to oversee our painting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of painting teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and guidance to painting team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
